At Rad Power Bikes, we stand behind the quality of our electric bikes and accessories with a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. We want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride, so we offer a straightforward process for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our product support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original box with all protective padding, manuals, and tools included to ensure it arrives back at our facility in new condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for mileage and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
