What is the estimated shipping time for new orders?
In-stock bikes typically ship within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for e-bikes?
We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in like-new condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer, though a restocking fee may apply.
How far can I travel on a single battery charge?
Depending on rider weight, terrain, and pedal-assist level, you can expect a range of 25 to 45+ miles per charge on most of our current models.
